What we do? Senseair is a global, high technology company that develops and manufactures air sensors for CO2 and Alcohol. Senseair in Sweden consists of 190 employees in Västerås, Kista and Delsbo. Internationally we are located in Chengdu and Düsseldorf. Our head office is located in Delsbo, where we also have our production plant. We have R&D operations in both Delsbo and Västerås. Location for this position is Delsbo or Västerås.
Your role? We offer a new and exciting role in the quality team as our Quality Engineer Warranty. Your primary responsibility will be to support the organization in developing to meet the IATF requirements for warranty handling. That means that you coordinate and administer handling of customer and internal complaints and service request. You will get the opportunity to travel to customer sites and you will work close to your colleges in both Västerås and Delsbo.
Example of tasks
x Developing warranty process to achieve IATF certification in collaboration with all relevant resources
x Warranty and internal complaint handling in Monitor
x DMAIC/8D reporting - disassembly, root cause analysis, testing, repair, documentation
x Stability testing of sensor
x Customer support as needed
x Administrate RMA/service board

You can navigate comfortably in cross functional teams, both internal and external.
x Electrical Engineer or equivalent education/experience
x Demonstrated DMAIC/8D knowledge and experience
x Good APQP knowledge and experience
x Very good communication skills in English and Swedish
x Automotive manufacturing experience is a merit
x Preferably has experience in electronics / electromechanics
