Till vårt Gevaliarosteri i Gävle, Sveriges största kafferosteri, söker vi nu en driven kvalitetschef som vill leda och vidareutveckla vårt kvalitetsarbete.

Du bär ansvaret för kvalitetsarbetet för enheten i Gävle och säkerställer att organisationen tar ett ägarskap för de processer, produkter och moment inom kvalitet som ligger i varje medarbetares ansvar. Du driver arbetet så organisationen når de förväntade resultaten gällande kvalitet. Processer utvecklas och förbättras under ditt ansvar och du skapar ett tydligt engagemang i organisationen för kvalitetsfrågor. Proaktivitet och driv kommer att skapa goda förutsättningar för dig att lyckas i rollen. Du kommer att arbeta med stort fokus på kund, produkt och process.

I rollen ingår personalansvar och du leder, coachar och utvecklar ditt team. Du ingår i ledningsgruppen för fabriken i Gävle och rapporterar till vår nordiska fabrikschef. Samarbetar gör du också med vår norska anläggning i Bergen.

Huvudsakliga ansvarsområden:
Som ledare utbildar, coachar och utvärderar du dina medarbetare i kvalitetskrav, policys, standarder och rutiner. Du ser till att fabrikens kvalitetsfunktion står i ständig utveckling och bidrar aktivt till den kontinuerliga förbättringen av bästa praxis av kvalitet i hela JDE:s organisation. Genom ditt arbete stödjer du all förändringshanteringsverksamhet över hela anläggningen och involveras tidigt och genom hela processen vid nya produktlanseringar.

Du leder kvalitetsarbetet med hjälp av Lean- och TPM-kunskap för att uppnå högsta engagemang i strävan efter nollfel i alla led av tillverkningsprocessen. Övergripande ansvarar du för planering, övervakning och kontroll av JDE:s kvalitetsstyrningssystem och säkerställer utbildning och efterlevnad för hela vår organisation.


Din profil
Din högskolexamen är inriktat mot teknik, kemi, livsmedelsteknik eller närliggande. För att axla rollen har du erfarenhet av ledande kvalitetsfunktion eller annan ledarerfarenhet. Vi ser att du har god förståelse för livsmedelsproducerande miljö och dess kvalitetsutmaningar. Alternativt kan erfarenhet från kemi-, process- och läkemedelsindustri vara relevant och meriterande.

Som person är du trygg, engagerad, driven och har en positiv attityd till förändringar och förbättringar. Du har ett strukturerat och systematiskt arbetssätt i kombination med en förmåga att identifiera och driva förbättringar. Du besitter en förmåga att engagera och inspirera medarbetare på olika nivåer i organisationen.

Samarbete sker med såväl lokala som internationella kollegor, därför tror vi att du är social och har lätt för att kommunicera på både svenska och engelska.

Dina arbetsuppgifter
We are now looking for a driven quality manager who wants to lead and further develop the quality work at our Gevalia coffee roastery in Gävle, Sweden's largest coffee roastery.

You are responsible for the quality work for the unit in Gävle and ensure that the organization takes ownership of the processes, products and elements of quality that are in line with each employee's responsibility. You lead the structuring of tasks so that the organization reaches the expectations regarding quality results.

Processes are developed and improved under your responsibility and you ensure strong commitment to quality control within the organization. Proactivity and drive are great qualities to possess in order to succeed in the role. You will carry out your work with specific focus on the customer, the product and the process.

The role includes staff responsibility and you lead, coach and develop your team. You are part of the management group for the factory in Gävle and report to our Nordic factory manager. You also collaborate with our Norwegian facility in Bergen.

Main responsibilities:
As a leader you will train, coach and evaluate your employees regarding quality requirements, policies, standards and routines. You ensure that the factory's quality function is constantly evolving and contributes actively to the continuous improvement of best practice of quality throughout JDE's organization. Through your work, you support all change management operations across the plant and get involved early on and throughout the process in new product launches.

You lead the quality work with the help of Lean and TPM knowledge to achieve the highest commitment in the pursuit of zero errors in all stages of the manufacturing process. Overall, you are responsible for planning, monitoring and control of JDE's quality management system and ensure training and compliance for our entire organization.


Din profil
You have college degree with a focus on technology, chemistry, food technology, or similar. In order to take on the role, you have previous experience of leading quality functions or other leadership experience. We would like you to have a good understanding of the food-producing environment and its quality challenges. Alternatively, experience from the chemistry, process and pharmaceutical industry can be relevant and advantageous.

As a person you are confident, committed, driven and have a positive attitude towards change and improvement. You have a structured and systematic approach in combination with an ability to identify and drive improvements. You possess the ability to engage and inspire employees at various levels in the organization.

Collaboration takes place with both local and international colleagues, which is why we believe you are social and easy to communicate with in both Swedish and English.
